Overview

The role leads end-to-end lifecycle management of proprietary credit card products for mass and aspiring segments, overseeing product strategy, team leadership and cross‑functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap, develop business cases and drive product enhancements.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of product managers for the segments.
• Collaborate with marketing, credit risk, operations, compliance and tech to ensure seamless product delivery and approvals.
• Utilize customer insights, analytics and competitive intelligence to prioritize features and manage P&L.
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in credit cards and retail lending product management.
• Experience launching products, driving adoption and digitization.
• Post Graduate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
