Overview

Lead product manager for payments at Kotak, responsible for end‑to‑end payments roadmap, business growth and P&L ownership across UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and card payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete payments roadmap including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and card payments
• Create an ecosystem on Kotak 811 App to boost UPI penetration with cashbacks and rewards
• Drive large‑scale merchant partnerships to increase UPI transaction volume
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence for all payment products
• Collaborate with NPCI on future payment products and experiment at scale

Eligibility

• 10-12 years of experience in the payments domain
• Managed and headed payments product teams for 3-5 years, including large merchant tie‑ups
• MBA from a Tier‑1 college
