Overview

Lead product role for payments at Kotak, responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of the payments roadmap across UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and card payments, driving business growth and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the payments product roadmap for Kotak 811 app, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and card payments.
• Build ecosystem and drive UPI adoption through cashbacks, rewards and large merchant partnerships.
• Manage business growth and P&L for the payments portfolio.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, collaborating with NPCI on future payment products.
• Lead experimentation, scaling initiatives and merchant tie‑ups to increase transaction volume.

Eligibility

• Deep expertise in payments industry and products.
• 10-12 years of experience, including 3-5 years leading payments product and managing large merchant partnerships.
• MBA from a Tier‑1 college.
