• Liaise closely with BSG and IT teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive delivery.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Support testing, implementation, and post‑launch optimization of digital solutions.
• Track key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Eligibility

• Expertise in digital platforms, system integrations, and product lifecycle management.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate or MBA degree.
