Software Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Software Product Manager with extensive background in designing and delivering high-throughput and mission-critical features in Smart Nudges Platform (SNP). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, problem solving, critical thinking, customer-first approach, and deep business understanding. The role will be crucial in building innovative solutions that drive customer engagement across all banking channels in Kotak.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive product strategy
• Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and analysis
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle
• Feature Development: Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize features
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators
• Customer Experience: Evangelise customer experience on outbound and inbound communication channels
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software product management
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching impactful software products
