Job Description
Overview
The role is a Product Manager in Lam Research’s Deposition Product Group, responsible for defining strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of semiconductor deposition products, driving cross‑functional collaboration and product vision.
Experience
8+ years (or 6+ years with Master’s, 3+ years with PhD)
Responsibilities
- Drive product roadmap, strategy, and vision for existing deposition products
- Collaborate with product marketing, line GM, technology development and customers to define portfolio and lifecycle plans
- Lead cross‑functional teams through design, manufacturing, quality, testing and release phases
- Formulate and execute long‑term cost and profit control plans while promoting new technologies
- Establish and institutionalize processes for product excellence and organizational maturity
Eligibility
- Expertise in semiconductor equipment (deposition or etch) and familiarity with fab environments
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or 6 years with Master’s, 3 years with PhD)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or PhD accepted with reduced experience)
