Overview
Porter is India's largest intra-city and inter-city logistics platform seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a full product charter, drive discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery while leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and OKRs for a full product charter (2–3 quarters ahead)
- Create detailed PRDs with problem statements, requirements, launch milestones, instrumentation, and impact sizing
- Design and execute multiple concurrent discovery initiatives and synthesize insights from diverse data sources
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, business, and data teams, proactively resolving delivery roadblocks
- Coach junior PMs, lead go-to-market planning, and ensure operational readiness for product launches
Eligibility
- 4-7 years product management experience, with at least 2 years on B2C consumer-facing products at scale
- Strong product discovery, data fluency, roadmap planning, and ability to influence without authority across teams
