Staff/Director – AI HW Product Management

Overview

Qualcomm seeks a senior Product Manager to lead AI hardware technology development, covering DSP, NPU and next‑generation memory architectures, and to drive roadmap and market adoption across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and guide design conversations for AI hardware products
• Lead cross‑functional teams to create business cases and develop complex AI hardware solutions
• Market and launch new AI technologies through technical presentations, conferences and direct customer engagements
• Translate customer feedback and industry trends into roadmap updates and communicate with senior leadership
• Oversee product development, cost, performance and KPI delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering and sales teams

Eligibility

• Expertise in AI hardware, processor and memory architecture (DSP, NPU, TPU, HBM, PIM)
• 8+ years of product management experience, including work in large matrixed organizations and budget/project financial responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
