Job Description
Overview
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the end‑to‑end design process for Global AI applications, ensuring best‑practice, responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile. The role involves creating and maintaining Figma design systems and collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full UX process from discovery to delivery, including research, flows, wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and UI specifications
- Create and maintain Figma design systems with libraries, components, variants, and living documentation
- Produce developer‑ready assets with annotated specs, redlines, interaction details, and accessibility notes
- Engage with developers, functional and business colleagues throughout the design lifecycle
- Audit, consolidate, and advocate for UX standards and governance across the Global AI portfolio
Eligibility
- Degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, UX or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive enterprise UI, data‑heavy workflows and mobile patterns
- Formal training or certification in related technology or process areas
