Senior UI / UX Designer - AI Hub

Overview

The role is a UI/UX Designer for the Global AI team at Linde, responsible for delivering best‑practice user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will own the end‑to‑end design process and maintain the Figma design system across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Global AI applications feature best‑practice UI/UX to maximize user adoption cost‑effectively
• Own the full UX process from discovery through delivery, including research, flows, wireframes, visual design, prototyping and UI specifications
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, responsive web and mobile interfaces consistent with a unified design language
• Create and maintain Figma design systems, libraries, components, variants and living documentation, delivering developer‑ready assets with annotations
• Audit and consolidate existing design systems, advocate UX standards and governance, and collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders

Eligibility

• Degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, UX or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive enterprise UI, complex data‑heavy workflows and mobile patterns
• Formal training or certification in related technology or process areas (preferred)
