- Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and user‑centered process
- Create and deliver a design vision through cross‑functional partnerships

- Collaborate with engineers and web developers to ship final products
- Guide, mentor and raise the craft bar for other designers on the team
Eligibility
- MDes/BDes or equivalent degree in design, HCI or related field
- 8+ years experience across the full product development lifecycle for web/software applications
- Proven track record designing large‑scale, data‑rich enterprise experiences and dashboards
