Overview
Product Manager – Automation will own Luna's automation portfolio (servo, VFD, HMI, PLC, motion control) end‑to‑end, shaping strategy, roadmap and pricing for Indian market while collaborating with global principals. The role drives product launches, supports sales teams and wins key deals across India.
Experience
4-8 yrs
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for automation product lines in India
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to position products and set pricing
- Coordinate with global principals on product localisation, field feedback and technical training
- Develop sales enablement materials and train sales, application and dealer teams
- Lead key customer engagements, technical presentations and solution proposals to win deals
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineering
- 4-8 years experience in product management, application engineering or technical sales in industrial automation
- Hands‑on experience with servo systems, VFDs, HMI/PLC and motion control
