Overview

Product Manager – Automation responsible for end-to-end ownership of Luna’s servo, VFD, HMI, PLC and motion control portfolio in India, driving strategy, roadmap and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for servo, VFD, HMI, PLC and motion control lines in India.
• Map market and competitors, define positioning, value propositions and pricing, and launch new products on time.
• Act as main liaison with global principals for product plans, localisation and field feedback.
• Train sales, application and dealer teams and create presentations, selection guides and application notes.
• Win key deals across India through technical presentations, demos, solution proposals, and track product performance.

Eligibility

• BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4–8 years experience in product management, application engineering or technical sales within industrial automation.
• Hands‑on experience with servo systems, VFDs, HMI/PLC and motion control; experience working with OEMs, machine builders and system integrators.
