Overview
The Associate Product Manager will drive development of digital auto finance products across customer, dealer and OEM platforms, collaborating with product leads, engineering, design and external partners. The role owns feature delivery from requirement gathering through release validation and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities
- Understand stakeholder needs through discussions, user feedback, funnel analysis and competitor research
- Translate requirements into BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows and clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with design and engineering to simplify financing journeys across websites, mobile apps and OEM platforms
- Coordinate integrations with banks, NBFCs, OEMs and technology partners to deliver required functionalities
- Maintain product documentation, communicate progress and risks, and support operational readiness via demos and stakeholder training
Eligibility
- Product management or business analysis experience in digital finance (minimum 2 years)
- Proven track record of feature launch or technology integration
- MBA from a recognised institution (mandatory)
