Overview

Senior Specialist, Product Development at Mastercard responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital product features across prepaid management service websites, mobile apps and customer portals, collaborating with regional product, marketing, engineering and compliance teams to deliver enhancements and new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth and updates of MPMS websites, web, CMS and mobile app capabilities
• Attend scrum ceremonies and work with development teams to improve user experience
• Deliver and launch new digital platforms, marketing and servicing sites and mobile applications
• Implement digital best practices, use data‑driven insights to reduce friction and drive financial growth
• Provide analytical reporting, partner with regional teams and maintain product documentation

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in digital product management and fintech services
• Experience managing websites or mobile apps, SAFe/Agile methodology, data‑driven decision making
• Educational background not specified (preferably relevant degree)
