Senior Specialist, Product Development

Overview

The Senior Specialist, Product Development will manage the lifecycle of Mastercard Prepaid Management Services digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and customer-facing platforms. This role collaborates with regional product, marketing, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver enhancements and launch new digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth and updates of MPMS websites, web CMS, and mobile applications
• Attend scrum ceremonies and work with development teams to improve user experience
• Deliver new digital platforms, marketing and servicing sites, and mobile applications
• Implement digital best practices, consolidate platforms and use data insights to reduce customer friction
• Provide analytical reporting, partner with regional teams and maintain product documentation

Eligibility

• Experience managing websites or mobile applications in a financial services context
• Proficiency with SAFe/Agile software development lifecycle methodologies
• Strong digital product management and content management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
