AI UX/UI Designer/Researcher

Overview

The role focuses on mapping current AI usage across teams, building repeatable design workflows, and organizing these practices within the design system. It also supports designers, measures impact, and ensures sustainable adoption of AI-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Map existing AI uses, document examples, and identify high-value topics.
• Design, test, and harden repeatable workflows with inputs, steps, tools, and validation criteria.
• Maintain a reference space for practices, define ownership, and establish a lightweight issue‑flagging process.
• Support designers and help local champions become autonomous without creating formal training programs.
• Assess impact through before/after comparisons and provide recommendations for continuation or adaptation.

Eligibility

• Strong background in UX/product design and research.
• Experience creating design systems, workflow documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Technical proficiency to prototype and understand AI integrations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.
