Overview
The Tech Lead – UX will drive user research, design, and development of responsive interfaces for Dover's digital products in Bangalore, collaborating across cross‑functional teams. This senior role combines UX strategy with hands‑on front‑end implementation.
Experience
10-13 yrs
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and information architectures to guide design decisions.
- Design and develop intuitive, responsive UI components and high‑fidelity mockups using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions and maintain design systems.
- Lead usability testing, gather customer feedback, ensure WCAG accessibility compliance, and iterate on designs.
- Mentor junior designers, drive process improvements, and support QA by reviewing implemented designs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3‑5 years in customer engagement and leading design initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
