Overview

Lead UX Designer responsible for end‑to‑end user experience strategy for web and in‑car infotainment solutions, guiding design vision, mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration. The role involves defining roadmaps, creating prototypes, and ensuring high‑quality, user‑centered deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define design roadmaps, interaction frameworks and UI standards aligned with business KPIs
• Lead and mentor a small design team, manage workloads and review design outputs
• Conduct user research, usability testing and translate findings into design decisions
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes and maintain scalable design systems
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders; plan sprints and estimate effort

Eligibility

• Expertise in UX, interaction and visual design for complex web and automotive applications
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in automotive, with a strong portfolio
• Degree or diploma in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design or Visual Design from a recognized institute
