Overview
The role is a Product Manager for Microsoft Foundry Agent Services, responsible for shaping the platform that enables enterprises to build and operate AI agents. You will own a product area, work cross‑functionally with customers, engineering, design, and partners, and drive the product from concept to adoption and measurable value.

Responsibilities
- Develop product vision, scenarios, requirements and a prioritized roadmap for the Agent Service platform
- Engage directly with developers and enterprise customers to understand needs and translate insights into product decisions
- Partner with engineering and design to define clear scenarios, success criteria, and ship capabilities across APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and portals
- Define and track metrics such as activation, adoption, reliability, and use telemetry, experiments, and feedback to guide iteration
- Drive product readiness across security, privacy, responsible AI, compliance, documentation, and go‑to‑market activities
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in AI agents, generative AI, and cloud services
- 1+ year experience with generative AI agents or related technologies and experience taking a cloud service or developer platform from definition to launch
- Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of product/service/program management or equivalent experience
