Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead AI‑enabled product development for Blackbaud Marketing, turning customer and market insights into rapid, measurable digital marketing solutions for nonprofits. This role partners with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑impact features and drive social impact through data and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid product delivery cycles using AI‑native development practices
• Translate customer, market, and fundraising insights into a prioritized product roadmap with measurable outcomes
• Lead product initiatives from concept and experimentation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization
• Create clear product requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient delivery
• Champion AI‑enabled ways of working, define success metrics, and use data‑driven insights to improve product performance

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in SaaS or AI‑driven digital marketing platforms
• 5+ years of product management experience, including roadmap ownership, AI/analytics fluency, and cross‑functional leadership
