Microsoft is hiring a Principal Product Manager for the Fabric Data Integration team to define and drive AI‑first data integration capabilities across Azure services. The role involves shaping product vision, collaborating with customers and partners, and guiding the product through its lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of customer and market signals, using AI to identify trends and validate opportunities
- Drive go‑to‑market strategies, partner promotion, and release criteria for new features
- Define product vision, strategy, road‑maps and investment opportunities aligned with business goals
- Own feature definition, design collaboration, and AI‑first development while ensuring usability, security and ethical standards
- Monitor product performance metrics, manage deprecations, and continuously gather feedback for improvement
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 8+ years experience in product, service or program management or software development
- Demonstrated experience with data integration products/services
