Overview
Senior Product Manager for Copilot Connectors at Microsoft 365 Core, responsible for shaping the extensibility platform that integrates enterprise data into AI-driven Copilot. The role drives strategy, quality evaluation, and developer experience for connectors, skills, and agents.

Responsibilities
- Own vision and multi-release strategy for Copilot extensibility, including connectors, skills, agents, and evaluation systems.
- Define platform and developer experience for partners and ISVs to onboard and ship extensions with governance safeguards.
- Set quality standards for grounded AI and drive EVAL strategy to translate evaluation signals into product roadmaps.
- Translate customer, enterprise, and business needs into developer and admin experiences across authentication, data governance, and value delivery.
- Lead feature specifications, delivery, business analysis, and adoption plans with cross‑functional design and engineering teams.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in AI, large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and enterprise data platforms.
- Product management or software development experience (6+ years, preferably 10+ years) with proven delivery of cloud/enterprise services.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; BS/MS in Computer Science or related field preferred; MBA highly desired.
