Monks is hiring a Product Designer to create end‑to‑end product experiences, from wireframes to polished interfaces, working closely with product, engineering and AI tools. The role focuses on user‑centric design, consistency, and collaboration within a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end product experiences including flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Build and maintain consistent design patterns and contribute to the design system
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to ship usable interfaces
- Translate briefs and requirements into clear, well‑reasoned design solutions
- Iterate based on feedback and usability findings while maintaining quality and consistency
Eligibility
- Product or UI design expertise with a strong portfolio of shipped work
- 3+ years of experience designing web application interfaces, preferably with design systems and AI‑powered products
