Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts from discovery through design delivery
• Create and refine UI/UX flows, interaction concepts, and design specifications using Figma
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to interpret user feedback and usage insights
• Develop UX design artifacts to support alignment across teams
• Ensure design quality through reviews, iteration, and adherence to UX standards

Eligibility

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in UX/UI/UX design
• Degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• UX design leadership and hands-on UX Designer execution experience
