UI/UX Designers

Overview

Urgent hiring for senior UI/UX Designers (FTE) to create data‑dense web applications, design systems, and AI‑powered prototypes for a technology company. Immediate joiners in Chennai or Hyderabad are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver UI/UX for complex web applications, analytics dashboards, and workflow‑intensive forms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, including variables, slots, and reusable components.
• Create AI‑enhanced prototypes using Figma AI and Claude AI to accelerate design iterations.
• Lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and ensure strong ownership of design quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to align designs with business goals.

Eligibility

• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or FinTech domains (good to have).
• Minimum 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with expertise in Figma, Claude AI, and design systems.
• No specific educational constraint mentioned.
