Overview
Senior Product Manager at Navi will own product vision, strategy and roadmap, driving customer‑centric outcomes while leading cross‑functional teams and mentoring product managers.

Responsibilities
- Represent the customer and ensure products are built with their needs in mind
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on customer and business insights
- Conduct market research, experimentation, user testing and data analysis to craft optimal user experiences
- Define and track metrics, taking end‑to‑end ownership of customer and business performance
- Lead engineering, design and other cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes and mentor APMs/PMs
Eligibility
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Strong product thinking, strategic and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
