Overview
Product Manager (AI Agents) at Nudge.new leading end‑to‑end development of AI‑powered marketing agents, owning roadmap, building MVPs, and scaling with engineering. Reports to Founder/Head of Product and requires 3‑5 years experience with a strong academic background.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the AI agent based on client results and delivery team needs
- Build and ship MVPs yourself, then iterate based on real usage
- Collaborate with engineers to make proven agents reliable at scale
- Translate delivery‑team workflows into product requirements
- Own quality, efficiency, and client‑outcome metrics across prompts, evals, tooling, and guardrails
Eligibility
- Experience in AI or product roles at startups, building AI products end‑to‑end
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, fluency with Claude Code or Codex
- Exceptional academic background from IITs, BITs, IIITs or similar institutions
