Okta is seeking a Product Manager to lead the People Technology portfolio focused on Employee Growth & Talent, acting as the bridge between global People leaders and delivery teams. The role will define strategy, drive roadmap execution, and integrate AI-driven automation across talent platforms.

Responsibilities
- Define multi-year product vision and roadmap for Growth & Talent, articulating ROI and measurable impact.
- Build data‑driven business cases and functional strategies for talent ecosystem modernization (ATS, LMS, Workday Extend).
- Partner with the Delivery Lead to translate priorities into epics, user stories, and delivery milestones.
- Serve as the voice of the business in technical discussions, creating specifications, acceptance criteria, and evaluating trade‑offs.
- Develop AI and automation strategy for the talent lifecycle, ensuring ethical, privacy‑first implementations.
Eligibility
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise HR/Talent platforms or B2B SaaS at global scale.
- Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Cornerstone, Workday).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent practical experience.
