Staff Product Manager at OneTrust responsible for delivering multiple products, shaping product strategy, and leading cross‑functional teams to drive growth.
Experience
7-10 years total, 4+ years product management
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, goals and OKRs for multiple products
- Lead geographically distributed cross‑functional teams and manage product roadmaps
- Collaborate with GTM, Product Marketing, Sales and Partners to create go‑to‑market plans
- Serve as escalation point and de‑escalate issues across the product line
- Manage end‑of‑life processes and contribute to technical debt and automation planning
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 7‑10 years experience in enterprise software, including 4+ years as a Product Manager
- Proven track record of managing multiple product roadmaps, strategy and lifecycle
