The Senior Product Designer at Onit will lead the creation of intuitive, AI‑driven SaaS experiences, owning end‑to‑end design from discovery through delivery. This role blends strong interaction design craft with cross‑functional collaboration to shape enterprise legal tech products.

Responsibilities
- Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and research teams
- Support and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility
- Design AI‑native and automation‑driven experiences and prototype rapidly
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and contribute to design process improvements
Eligibility
- 5–8+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Experience with data‑dense UIs, AI/automation‑focused design, and maintaining design systems (accessibility a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
