Associate Technical Product Manager

Overview

The role is an Agile Product Owner driving self‑service onboarding and AI‑first product initiatives within Optum’s healthcare technology platform. You will lead product backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery of value‑focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Apply agile product management principles including backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint ceremonies
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to define features, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps
• Identify critical product dependencies and drive AI‑first solutions for new features
• Manage stakeholder expectations and mitigate adoption risks to accelerate time‑to‑market
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support continuous improvement of agile processes

Eligibility

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience as an Agile Product Owner, including SAFe or Scrum
• 2+ years experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare technology
• Experience with product management tools such as Rally or Aha!
