Product Manager

Overview

Strategic Product Manager role focusing on US Healthcare IT products, responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and delivering value across payer and provider ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product management and roadmap for US Healthcare IT products.
• Own portfolio backlog, prioritize features and user stories, and collaborate with UX and engineering teams.
• Build business cases using data, conduct win/loss and cost/benefit analyses, and ensure consistent value delivery.
• Lead system demos, stakeholder communications, and foster a culture of innovation leveraging AI tools.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement through process and workflow analysis.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in US Healthcare, payer & provider space, and Medicaid payment cycles
• Experience in end‑to‑end product management (ideation to GA), customer journey mapping, and use of tools like Aha and Rally
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
