Senior Product Manager

Overview

The role is a Technical Product Manager leading the Payer Agentic Platform (PAP) at Optum, focusing on AI‑powered payer solutions. It involves shaping product strategy, driving cross‑functional delivery, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Payer Agentic Platform (PAP) and its AI‑powered payer solutions.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to build scalable platform capabilities.
• Own the technical product lifecycle, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and release orchestration across multiple development teams.
• Drive AI product delivery, responsible AI practices, and performance measurement through KPIs such as adoption, accuracy, and scalability.

Eligibility

• Healthcare services or technology domain expertise, especially payer solutions.
• Minimum 11 years experience in healthcare tech/software development, with at least 5 years in technical product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
