Responsibilities
- Prioritize product features based on business value, feasibility, and user needs while ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategy.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and define solution requirements.
- Own product roadmaps, development, release processes and drive delivery excellence using agile and continuous‑delivery practices.
- Lead go‑to‑market activities, recruit early adopters, and track adoption and usage metrics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, manage stakeholder expectations, and define success criteria such as OKRs and KPIs.
Eligibility
- Strong Embedded Finance and financial services domain expertise
- 10‑12 years of product management experience, including product strategy, 0→1 product building, and stakeholder management
