Overview

Principal Product Manager for the Portkey AI Gateway at Palo Alto Networks, driving strategy, development, and lifecycle of AI routing and security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI gateway domain, mastering product architecture and infrastructure layers.
• Define and prioritize features, roadmaps, and trade‑offs for the Portkey AI Gateway.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to shape requirements, business cases, and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions, beta programs, and feature rollouts.
• Use data analytics to monitor latency, token usage, and throughput to inform product decisions.

Eligibility

• 8+ years product management experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, API management or cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, LLM developer tools, and enterprise developer infrastructure
