Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with business goals and security standards
- Prioritize features and make trade‑off decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and compliance
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to shape product direction and maintain regular feedback loops
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and external partners to ensure transparent and aligned execution
- Use data and performance metrics to assess product health, drive prioritization, and measure impact
Eligibility
- Deep domain expertise in payments, cards or fintech (preferred)
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record
- Bachelor’s degree
