Senior Product Manager at Pluang based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving global investing product outcomes and leading the launch of Pluang Philippines. The role blends product strategy, execution, and cross‑functional leadership in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Responsibilities
- Own delivery and outcomes across global investing products, translating strategy into PRDs, user stories, and release plans.
- Lead the zero‑to‑one launch of Pluang Philippines, building core platform flows (onboarding, KYC, wallet, top‑up, cash‑out, portfolio) and ensuring compliance.
- Improve core investing journeys (discovery, onboarding, funding, trade execution, reporting) to increase conversion and user trust.
- Define instrumentation, own metrics, and run A/B tests and experiments to optimize product performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Operations) and enhance product operational processes.
