Overview
PracticeSuite is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to lead end‑to‑end definition and delivery of healthcare solutions for US ambulatory settings, partnering with architects and engineering teams. The role involves owning problem statements, creating PRDs, prototypes, and ensuring user‑centric quality while working remotely from Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities
- Own the healthcare problem, target user, and success criteria across clinical, revenue cycle, and patient‑engagement domains.
- Produce and maintain PRDs, granular BRDs, and clickable prototypes; review HLD/LLD with the architect to ensure design alignment.
- Lead clear reviews and presentations for engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders, articulating trade‑offs and open questions.
- Test solutions as an end‑user, identify gaps, and sign off usability before security and compliance reviews.
- Partner closely with the architect and guide engineers toward outcome‑focused delivery rather than ticket‑driven work.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years experience in US ambulatory Healthcare IT with understanding of clinical, revenue cycle, and patient‑engagement domains.
- At least 2 years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager creating PRDs and prototypes.
- Self‑directed professional able to work from Navi Mumbai with US‑based leadership; no specific educational requirement.
