Product Manager – DEX & Automations

Overview

The role is for a Product Manager responsible for the DEX Monitoring and Automations area within TeamViewer ONE, driving product vision, roadmap and delivery for real-time digital employee experience monitoring and IT workflow automation. The position works cross‑functionally with engineering, UX, data, sales and customer success to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for real‑time DEX telemetry, experience scoring and AI‑driven insights
• Own and evolve the DEX Hub automation library, Tia Scripting and automation lifecycle across the platform
• Lead the development of Tia Reporting and self‑service conversational dashboards
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, GTM and customer‑facing teams to translate requirements into iterative releases
• Act as product domain authority, shaping positioning, enablement and go‑to‑market strategy for DEX and automation

Eligibility

• 4+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably endpoint management or IT operations
• Proven ability to manage complex, data‑intensive products with telemetry and metrics‑driven roadmaps
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence and cross‑functional leadership
