Overview
The AI Agent Product Manager will own the end-to-end development and deployment of enterprise Voice AI agents for large consumer enterprises, collaborating with C-level executives to shape AI roadmaps and working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. The role focuses on prompt design, performance analysis, and scaling AI-driven solutions to millions of users.
Experience
3-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise Voice AI agents from concept through production and continuous optimization
- Translate customer workflows into conversational journeys, business rules, and AI‑agent configurations
- Write, test, and refine prompts to deliver accurate, natural, contextual, and brand‑aligned conversations
- Analyze test and live calls to identify issues, handle edge cases, and improve agent performance
- Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams to resolve challenges, track metrics, and incorporate feedback
Eligibility
- 3-5 years experience in AI implementation, product management, strategy consulting, or solutions engineering
- Strong technical acumen with ability to design AI agents and write prompts
- Preferred background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
