Overview

The role focuses on driving card product development, portfolio management and end-to-end card operations for banks or fintechs, leveraging emerging technologies. It involves designing strategies, implementing card systems, and optimizing processes to enhance profitability and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create new card product propositions, target segmentation, acquisition strategies, and loyalty programs.
• Manage card portfolio growth, activation rates, and monthly engagement while assessing credit and underwriting risk.
• Design and implement end-to-end card operations processes, including pre‑issuance, authorizations, disputes, collections, and settlements.
• Lead implementations of card management systems, certifications, and integration with APIs, ISO 8583 messaging and cloud platforms.
• Produce documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs), conduct UAT, manage vendors, and drive automation of operational workflows.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in card payments (credit, debit, virtual) and emerging technology services.
• 4-8 years of experience in card business, operations, or technology roles (Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner).
• Educational requirement: BE/BTech or postgraduate degree.
