Senior Product Manager

Overview

Lead product owner for QAD's Copilot, Search, and Conversational Analytics, driving the full product lifecycle from architecture to market launch for AI‑powered manufacturing solutions. Collaborates with engineering and GTM to define contracts, ensure data grounding, and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and specifications for Copilot, semantic search and conversational analytics
• Establish intelligence contracts covering query understanding, context assembly, grounding and response generation
• Write detailed product backlog items and specifications for engineering delivery
• Partner with GTM to create launch, positioning, sales enablement and adoption strategies
• Build feedback loops and quality frameworks to improve relevance, grounding rate and latency

Eligibility

• Deep experience in AI‑powered search or conversational analytics product management
• 7–12 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B/ERP environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience
