Overview

The Assistant Production Manager will oversee shift‑level operations on the production floor in Surat, ensuring daily and hourly output targets are met while maintaining quality and safety. This hands‑on role involves manpower planning, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production floor and lead shift operations end‑to‑end
• Ensure daily and hourly production targets are achieved
• Plan and allocate manpower across the shift, handling absenteeism
• Prepare and submit hourly and daily production reports to management
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve floor issues quickly

Eligibility

• Production floor management/supervision experience
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience, including shift manpower management
