Overview

Quickbase is hiring a Sr Manager/Director of Product Management in Bangalore to lead a new administration product team in India, owning strategy, roadmap, and the knowledge layer for platform governance and admin experience. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on product ownership as a player‑coach.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for administration, governance, sync, integration reliability, lifecycle management, and the knowledge layer.
• Manage and mentor two senior product managers while personally driving high‑leverage product initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Support to improve governance adoption and admin satisfaction.
• Establish the operating rhythm for discovery, prioritization, delivery, and customer engagement for the new team.
• Represent the administration persona with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to inform product direction.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading or mentoring product managers
• Deep SaaS platform experience, preferably with low‑code/no‑code solutions
• Technical expertise in APIs, data models, integration, and platform governance
• Proven ability to own complex technical product areas and deliver measurable outcomes
