Overview
Senior Product Manager at Quickbase in Bangalore, leading the administration domain focusing on data synchronization/integration reliability or governance and application lifecycle management. The role owns end‑to‑end product areas, partners with engineering and design, and drives metrics to improve platform governance and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Own a core area of the administration domain end‑to‑end (either sync & integration reliability or governance & lifecycle management)
- Translate admin and IT pain points into a clear product roadmap that reduces setup and operational effort
- Partner daily with Engineering and Design to ship reliable, well‑governed capabilities
- Engage with customers and field teams regularly to bring real admin/IT problems into the product development cycle
- Define, track and report metrics that demonstrate improved governance, administration ease, and leverage AI to accelerate research and specifications
Eligibility
- 5–9 years of product management experience owning technical product areas
- Deep SaaS product experience, preferably with PaaS or platform products
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, data models, and system integrations
- Proficiency with AI tools in daily product work and strong data‑driven decision making
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- No specific educational degree required
