IT&D Product Manager - Genesis Procurement

Overview

Product Manager responsible for AI-driven solutions across the Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle at Reckitt, shaping product vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver measurable business value. The role partners with procurement, IT&D and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI products.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for multiple AI products in the Source‑to‑Pay domain.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery, POCs and MVPs to scaling and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and external vendor partnerships to align on benefits and adoption.
• Define success metrics, KPIs and value tracking, reporting progress, risks and benefits to executive forums.
• Stay current with AI trends (LLMs, optimisation, game theory) and champion innovation within procurement.

Eligibility

• Strong procurement domain knowledge, especially Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• 12+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital or AI products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
