Senior Product Manager

Overview

The role is a senior Product Manager responsible for the end‑to‑end software experience of a robotics platform, covering robot software stack, fleet management, integration pipelines and operator UI. You will drive product vision, roadmap and delivery from discovery through launch and lifecycle improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, multi‑year roadmap and business cases based on customer insights and market analysis
• Own business and product requirements, acceptance criteria and work with engineering to translate them into system specifications
• Lead product launch planning, positioning, documentation and post‑launch adoption measurement
• Drive the improvement backlog, product metrics, telemetry and lifecycle decisions for deployed systems
• Collaborate with Technical Program Manager, engineering, operations and service teams to prioritize scope, resolve dependencies and ensure safety and quality approvals

Eligibility

• 10‑15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years owning hardware and software products in robotics or industrial automation
• Deep domain expertise in robotics, warehouse automation, embedded systems, mechanical/electrical engineering, and fleet management
• Engineering degree required; MBA or related postgraduate qualification is a plus
