Job Description
Overview
The role is for a senior Product Manager responsible for the full software experience of a robotics platform, covering robot software, fleet management, integration pipelines, and operator UI in warehouse environments.
Experience
10-15 years
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, multi‑year roadmap and business cases for the robotics software stack and UI
- Conduct customer discovery, translate insights into detailed requirements (BRDs/PRDs) and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, TPM and operations to prioritize work, challenge estimates and ensure timely delivery
- Lead product pilots, launches and lifecycle plans, measuring adoption, ROI and continuous improvement
- Own the improvement backlog, product economics, variant management and end‑of‑life decisions
Eligibility
- Expertise in robotics, warehouse automation or material handling systems
- 10‑15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years owning complex hardware and software products
- Engineering degree required; MBA or related postgraduate qualification is a plus
