Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer at Bluestone, a fast‑growing jewelry brand treating retail as a tech problem, responsible for end‑to‑end design of consumer, store or internal product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems end‑to‑end from research through UI implementation
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape solutions and ensure designs ship
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes and iterate using user research and data
• Maintain and evolve the design system while ensuring visual polish
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design critiques

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of product design experience, preferably at a strong product company
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem framing, process, and shipped outcomes
• B.Des, M.Des, B.Tech or related degree (preferred)
